Career Services Innovator of the Year Award: 2017 call for nominations

 

Meridian University Solutions is seeking exemplary schools of business, who with their visionary career services leadership, have deployed extraordinary solutions to career services challenges. Is your innovative program a model for others to follow? Nominate your institution, program, and leaders by June 30, 2017!

 

The award is open to both US and international entries, and multiple submissions are welcome. There is no entry fee. Winners will be announced on August 14, 2017. Click here for the ENTRY FORM

 

Entries will be reviewed by a select team of career services leaders. In addition to the following bullet points, the winner will be recognized with an engraved trophy for display, framed certificate of award, a special feature in our October 2017 newsletter, recognition in our November 2017 blog, and a notification on our Career Services Best Practices group on LinkedIn.  A booklet describing all entries will be shared publically so that all may benefit from some of the best ideas in the field.

 

  • Award presentation at the Career Services Center of the winning business school 

  • Your choice of discounted resume review or mock interview services for up to 50 students

 

We are seeking innovators from the following categories. 

 

1.  Teaching and Coaching (including, but not limited to: one-on-one coaching/counseling, learning design/instructional design, immersive technologies, social software, mobile/virtual learning, teaching in the smart classroom, collaboration tools, student assessment, lecture capture, eLearning, etc.)

 

2.  Employee Relations (including, but not limited to: recruitment, corporate site visits, virtual/on-site job fairs, virtual/on-site interviewing, etc.)

 

3.  Programming: (including, but not limited to: workshops, webinars, presentations by corporate leaders, student competitions, etc.)

 

If a program spans more than one category, choose the category that best describes the innovation. Meridian University Solutions may reassign entries to a different category if deemed appropriate.
